Division Procedures

“Division Procedures” include formal procedures, general expectations, and technology initiatives specific to Enrollment and Student Services. These procedures are recommended and approved by division leadership through the process described below:

  • A member of division leadership or division working group recommends an expectation, technology initiative, or procedure
  • The Senior Administrative Leadership Team (SALT) reviews the recommendation for development, rejection, or approval
  • Any expectations or procedures approved by SALT are presented to ESS Directors for development, rejection, or approval
  • Alternatively, the Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services may implement an expectation, technology initiative, or procedure without the formal approval process, and ESS Directors will be notified accordingly
  • Upon final approval, new expectations and procedures will be posted to this page, and ESS Directors will be notified accordingly
